Fortunately, I have a good healthy lifestyle. I eat a lot of varied food but more frequently
I use to eat pasta. Apart from this, I do sport every day, even at weekends. On Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays I practise tennis for 3 hours, I also practise it on Tuesdays and
Thursdays but only for an hour. I try not to eat food with a lot of fat for example chocolate
but I finally eat it, sometimes. I think I have a nice healthy lifestyle and I'll try to keep it
working. :)
